Product information

The PP10 w/ Channel and Pipe Hanger Support model is designed for electrical conduit, gas, condensate drain lines, or small refrigeration lines up to 2 ½” OD and not exceeding 12” in height above the roof surface.

PHP System/Design

PP10-C/H Installation
New Pipe
  1. Layout isolation pads, (provided by contractor), according to the design and layout.
  2. Layout supports per spacing specification or PHP layout.
  3. Run pipe through hanger opening.
  4. Adjust hanger height by turning nut at top of the channel, (clockwise-up; counter-clockwise-down).
  5. Make sure system is level and each support is supporting equal weight.
Retro-fit
  1. Remove top channel and hanger.
  2. Clean area where new support is to be placed.
  3. Place ISO pad, (provided by contractor).
  4. Place PP10-C/H supports under pipe.
  5. Replace channel on PP10-C/H support base.
  6. Put hanger around pipe.
  7. Hang the hanger back to the channel.
  8. Adjust hanger height by turning nut at top of channel, (clockwise-up; counter-clockwise-down).
  9. Make sure system is level and each support is supporting equal weight.
